Born out of a shared desire to showcase the skill and talent of up-and-coming artists, OneSun Art was brought to life by friends and art enthusiasts Leslie McMorrow and Kelly Chapman Meyer.
What began as a casual conversation quickly blossomed into a simple yet intriguing concept. Originating from a shared place of love of – and passion for – the arts, and for the countless visionary artists in their respective purviews, came the question of how Leslie and Kelly could share these inspiring people and creators with their respective friends and communities.
The solution was clear – they created an informative, expansive space of shared inspiration, for all to gather, listen and learn – and OneSun Art came to light.
A true grass-roots effort, OneSun Art is a nurturing platform for those who are dedicated to their craft, and who bring something new and inspirational through their unique media. Leslie and Kelly aim to shine a light upon each artist, one at a time, via a blog and regular newsletters to the OneSun community. With each artist featured on a rotating annual basis, this platform will aid in promoting their art to a broad, engaged audience, allowing the beauty of their work and the development of the artist to flourish.
